You have a nice establishment. The size and comfort of your rooms was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially when my daughter became ill and needed to go to the emergency room in the middle of the night. My ONLY suggestion for improvement is to make your pool hours more open. I had a 9 year old who loves to swim and it was tough to schedule our day with the dance competition needs around the limited pool hours. Your location to the broadway area and time square was also great.

Thanks for making our 1st visit to NYC an enjoyable one. We were very impressed with your hotel, the renovations have proven to be comforting. I have friends visiting NYC in the fall and have recommended the Skyline along with others.
